SERVICE UPDATE – Thursday, 29th April 2021

We are pleased to confirm that our services have resumed from Good Friday, 2nd April and we are currently operating a reduced timetable on weekends and bank holidays only from Westminster Pier, Embankment Pier, Tower Bridge Quay (formerly St Katharine’s Pier) and Greenwich Pier.

From 22nd May, we will resume our daily sailing with two additional stops at Festival Pier and Bankside Pier. Unfortunately, we will not be operating our Thames Barrier service until further notice.

If you have booked a river cruise ticket directly with Thames River Sightseeing and you were not able to use it because our services were temporarily suspended, your ticket will be automatically valid until 31st December 2021.

We look forward to welcoming you on board and thank you for your support.

The health and safety of our staff and customers has and will always be our number one priority. Please see below the safety precautions we have in place to stop coronavirus spreading.
