Due to the ongoing impacts of Covid-19 and the national lockdown currently in place in England, we regret to announce that our services are temporarily suspended from Sunday, 20th December until further notice. We are continuing to monitor Government guidance closely and will update our website and social media with our re-opening date.

If you have booked a river cruise ticket directly with Thames River Sightseeing and you are not able to use it because our services are temporarily suspended, your ticket will be automatically valid until 31st December 2021. Alternatively, if you wish to cancel your booking and request a full refund, please contact our customer service team at bookings@thamesriversightseeing.com

If you have not booked directly with Thames River Sightseeing you should contact the relevant booking agent.

We are delighted to have been given the ‘we’re good to go’ certificate from Visit Britain. This certificate means that our business adheres to Government and public health guidance.

We strongly recommend booking your river cruise tickets in advance online. You can present your ticket printed or on your mobile phone upon arrival.

You will be able to postpone or cancel your booking at any time if you are not able to take your river cruise due to Covid-19.

 

Before boarding

Please do not board if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19. Instead, please contact our customer services team at bookings@thamesriversightseeing.com to postpone or cancel your booking.

Please try to maintain social distancing by keeping a minimum of 1-metre away from other passengers while on the pier and on- board the vessel.

Where possible a 2-metre distance is recommended.

We have reduced our capacity in order to maintain social distancing and provide a comfortable experience for our customers.

Please do not enter/sit on closed areas/chairs on-board.

We request passengers to wear a face covering, unless exempted, while on the pier, boarding, disembarking and when moving around the boat.

 

Routine cleaning & disinfecting

In order to keep a safe environment for everyone, we have implemented a regular thorough cleaning and disinfecting routine on-board our boats.

Please help us to keep our boats clean by placing your rubbish in the bins provided on-board.
