We run our services all year round, even in poor weather. Our boats have heated indoor lounges which means you can enjoy the sights of London even in the winter rain! Disruptions and cancellations to our service are unusual, but if, for whatever reason, our service is affected, we will update the website and share the information across our social media channels.

What should I do if I have already pre-booked my river cruise ticket for the period that you are temporarily closed?
If you have a river cruise pre-booked ticket directly with us and you are not able to use it because we are temporarily closed, your ticket will be automatically valid until 31st December 2021.
Alternatively, if you wish to cancel your existing booking and request a full refund, you will be able to do it by contacting our Customer Service Team at email@example.com
