Westminster Pier to Greenwich Pier via the Thames Barrier single takes 2 hours
St Katharine’s Pier to Greenwich Pier single takes 20-30 minutes
St Katharine’s Pier to Greenwich Pier via the Thames Barrier single takes 1½ hours
Greenwich Pier to Thames Barrier returning to Greenwich takes 1 hour
On the Pink Route:
A complete circular cruise will take approximately 50 minutes, but you can hop on and hop off from Westminster Pier to St Katharine’s Pier at any of the London piers it calls at. The return journey from St Katharine’s Pier to Westminster Pier is non-stop and it takes approximately 20 minutes.

As we operate a hop-on hop-off service, you can disembark at any pier and continue your journey later.

No. With our new booking system you can choose whether to print your tickets or save them on your phone. Whatever works best for you.
Yes of course you can. If you don’t want to book in advance, you can turn up to any of our piers and buy tickets from one of our ticket offices. If you have an Oyster card or a London Travelcard valid for that day, you will receive a discount.

We run our services all year round, even in poor weather. Our boats have heated indoor lounges which means you can enjoy the sights of London even in the winter rain! Disruptions and cancellations to our service are unusual, but if, for whatever reason, our service is affected, we will update the website and share the information across our social media channels.

What should I do if I have already pre-booked my river cruise ticket for the period that you are temporarily closed?
If you have a river cruise pre-booked ticket directly with us and you are not able to use it because we are temporarily closed, your ticket will be automatically valid until 31st December 2021.
Alternatively, if you wish to cancel your existing booking and request a full refund, you will be able to do it by contacting our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org

If you are a group of more than 6 people from different households, or you are part of a tour, you will need to make separate bookings of maximum 6 people, and people must stay in their own bubble at all times socially distanced from other bubbles.
